I have been to Shine 4 times for PNF stretching with Vicki Pope. I would highly recommend Vicki and PNF. She knows what she is doing and you will feel great after each 30min session. Try it you won't regret it.
Shine has been my boutique workout gym for 8+ years. I love the small group workouts and the trainers are amazing. I'm so much stronger and healthier today because of Shine. Come join us!
I don’t write many reviews, but I’m so grateful to Nicole and Amy for helping me avoid a recommended shoulder surgery. Ten months after an accident that resulted in two broken clavicles, broken ribs, a fractured elbow, much physical therapy, and lots of adjustments to my life it was determined that my right clavicle healed as a non-union, and it was not asymptomatic.
