“Quality Restoration does great work. I have two situations with water damage (very unlucky), and each time they were professional, timely, and the end result was outstanding. Devin came out and ran point on the situation and set clear expectations. Josh and Donald came out, and made quick work on the demo phase to dry everything out. They gave timely estimates on the time it will take, are extremely courteous, and were happy to answer all my questions. I will easily recommend them to anyone that has experienced water damage.

Edit: Donald, Thaddeus, and Cecil came back out to complete some demo work. Great care was taken to get the cabinets out around the water pipes. The guys did excellent work, as well, they cleaned up their job excellently. Overall, still recommending them to anyone.“

“This is my SECOND time to use ARS Mitigations for water related damage/flooding, and they exceeded my expectations yet AGAIN! This time, it was a hot water tank failure that flooded the lower level of the home. Upon calling, I spoke directly with the Owner, Rick, who handled the situation not only calmly in my state of despair, but QUICKLY by having his team out there within the hour- INCREDIBLE! They assessed the situation, removed all the baseboards and extracted the water. They then inundated the area with fans and a dehumidifier and had the place bone dry within 24 hours. Everything was communicated with me promptly, and the team could not have been more accommodating and professional. It's obvious to me that this company takes the time to train their employees, and everyone takes responsibility for their work- rather refreshing these days! Upon putting the base molding back in place, I realized were able to save 95% of the existing molding, saving me both time and money! I honestly cannot say enough great things about this company.
