“I never post reviews online but in this case I thought it was important to do so as I always read reviews on companies, products or anything and everything. I learned that the reviews I read are a compilation from different areas and teams and not 1 specific location/team.We had a leak in our kitchen and replaced the sink and faucet but found out the problem was bigger. Southeast Restoration took over! I read the bad reviews and was not excited at all to move forward with them but from the moment the 1st rep from the company came out, the rest was history. Everyone was amazing! I mean truly amazing! The PM, Jimmy was incredible at his job and my husband even tried to hire him to work for his company. He replied to all of my emails timely and always told me the work would be done to our satisfaction. He made it feel like we were his only customer but he had 30-40 others he was also dealing with at the same time. The painters were great and worked very hard and did additional work for us. The plumbers were outstanding and I would hire them again if they weren’t so far away. Everyone we dealt with was top-notch! I would hire any of them to do this work if I was paying out of pocket. Everyone truly cared about the work they were doing and we are beyond happy with the final result which is better than we imagined!“

With an active water discharge going on in my secondary home five states away from me, my insurance put out calls to several water mitigation and restoration companies in the area. ServiceMaster arrived in a nanosecond. Stephen was wonderful. He mobilized his crew immediately and kept me informed every step of the way! Bowen and crew removed the water from the carpets and equipment was set up to dry everything over a period of days. Everyone I dealt with was kind, professional, and efficient. McCae was reassuring and helped walk me through what to expect. Every time I called she and every one at the other end of the phone treated me as though I was the most important customer. Stephen was always proactively communicative, friendly, and very responsive whenever I reached out. Unbelievably, when a plumbing service failed to prevent another water leak event a week later, ServiceMaster was back onsite immediately to clean up AGAIN! Bowen magically made the water disappear TWICE and prevented a mold crisis. When this second leak was on my nickel, Victoria went above and beyond to commiserate with me and investigate a workable payment timetable at a fair price. Thank you, Victoria, for even calling me from home after your long workday was over to check on me and offer compassion, empathy, and creative solutions after an upsetting day! Victoria is a gem!!! Sarah set up a convenient payment avenue and was willing to accommodate my situation.
