I never post reviews online but in this case I thought it was important to do so as I always read reviews on companies, products or anything and everything. I learned that the reviews I read are a compilation from different areas and teams and not 1 specific location/team.We had a leak in our kitchen and replaced the sink and faucet but found out the problem was bigger. Southeast Restoration took over! I read the bad reviews and was not excited at all to move forward with them but from the moment the 1st rep from the company came out, the rest was history. We had a toilet line freeze, flooding the upstairs down through the kitchen ceiling. Our insurance company recommended Southeast Restoration. From minute 1, they provided outstanding service. They sent out a great mitigation team (Brett) who ripped out the damaged areas, treated and dried the sub-flooring, then fixed the drywall. Our project manager Dmitriy, then stepped in and walked us through the rebuild, setting up a pack out of our master bedroom, selecting new flooring, installation of flooring, painting, putting up new hardware and light fixtures, and everything in between. We had a great experience with Southeast Restoration of North Metro Atlanta.My mom recently had water damage in her house that affected the master bathroom, ceilings, walls and floors. The insurance company gave us a list of their preferred contractors, and we decided to go with Southeast Restoration, and I'm so glad we did! They were many steps for the repairs, that was long and tedious. Jimmy R was very understanding, patient, and was able to guide us step by step of the process with a weekly report.
