Scott Cris Kyle Thadddys Raul did a fantastic job with the water mediation today. They were very helpful friendly and accommodating. Great job will be happy to use again in the future but hopefully we will not have this issue again anytime soon!
My second time having Quality Restoration do work for me after water damage albeit the first time was back in 2018. Once again they knocked it out of the park. Thank you to the entire team for their efforts and Camilo, my project manager, for being available off hours and to answer endless questions throughout the process.
Devin was great. He explained the process very well. Kyle and Thad (The demo crew) were courteous,kind and explained their process thoroughly. They worked efficiently as a team.Matthew Raul and Leo came by finish the demo for the vinyl floor. Communicated their eta and worked professionally.
