“I called this company early this morning because I had an issue with my nest thermostat. It was blowing hot air, even though it was on the cool setting. I reached Jim, the who I think is the Service Manager, who immediately began to walk me through the process in order to avoid having to do a house call. He didn’t ask for any money or anything. He just wanted to help me. I am not very mechanical and he could see that this was going to take a visit. He squeezed me in and got a service representative out (Jeremy - who was awesome). Jeremy not only fixed that thermostat but another thermostat, went through all of my units and checked them, and gave me some very solid advice on certain things. Jeremy was fast, efficient and professional. This company probably just saved me hundreds of dollars in electricity bills because of a mis-wired thermostat.
