“On January 2, 2024, I noticed my outdoor unit had frost and ice on the interior and exterior casing. I had heat, but was concerned as I’d never seen this before. I called Associated Air. Shannon, the receptionist, was eager to help. She worked to get me same day service. The technician was wonderful. He determined a sensor failed. He defrosted the unit manually. He changed the thermostat to emergency heat. The next day, he returned to install the new sensor. I am pleased with Associated Air’s great service. I highly recommend them!“
