On January 2, 2024, I noticed my outdoor unit had frost and ice on the interior and exterior casing. I had heat, but was concerned as I’d never seen this before. I called Associated Air. Shannon, the receptionist, was eager to help. She worked to get me same day service. The technician was wonderful. He determined a sensor failed. He defrosted the unit manually. He changed the thermostat to emergency heat. The next day, he returned to install the new sensor. I am pleased with Associated Air’s great service. I highly recommend them!

We called Associated Air because our house suffered a lightning strike. Allen came out on the same day we called and carefully went through the HVAC system. Allen replaced the damaged parts and had everything fixed within a few hours, Fast, honest company and Allen could not have been nicer. My wife and I are very thankful for the excellent service. We would highly recommend Associated Air to anyone looking for a 5 star company. Thanks Allen!
