Chis is amazing with communication. He came out to our house on a Saturday- in the freezing cold- to give us a quote on a whole house generator. He walked me through everything step by step, answering all of my questions. They even got us an appointment in2 days to get it installed. We have had amazing dealings with Mac Mechanical for all of our heating/air, and now generator needs! I recommend them 100%.

Chris from start to finish communicated with me. I wrote on Facebook that I needed a late appt to meet and they provided just that in terrible weather. Everyone that came to my house today was very professional and communicated what they were doing. Chris texted me back after they were finished with what needed to be done next, I highly recommend this company. 10/10
