Excellent from start to finish. Very responsive for initial service call. When it was clear old units needed to be replaced, timely sales engagement from the owner, competitive pricing, and very flexible on installation process. Techs who installed the units came on time and did their job efficiently and effectively. About as good of a service experience one can ask for.
Cheshire HVAC in Jasper replaced my 30 year old A/C and Furnace with a dual fuel heat-pump and furnace. The furnace was in the attic and needed a new (larger) copper line run from outside - not an easy installation. Hugh Fannin (owner) worked with me to determine the proper unit sizes that would also qualify for the "new" IRS tax credit. From start to finish, this was THE BEST HVAC service I have ever experienced. Five guys were on the install team - each one working hard. One day install. Cheshire gave me an exceptionally fair price for the install (including a 10 year labor warranty).Cheshire gets six stars on a five star scale. I could not be more pleased.
The technicians are very professional and Cheshire HVAC has taken care of my system for 20 years. They have been very responsive anytime I have needed them and have always done an excellent job.
