“I highly recommend Pierre Refrigeration Services!!! *** came out on a Mon. to assess our 25+ yr. old commercial refrigerator's cooling problem. Because there was a lot of ice on the top of the refrigerator (inside), *** said we needed to turn it off and let it 'thaw out'. He said to call him when the ice had melted, and he would return. I called him Tues. afternoon and he (and his assistant ****) came out in less than 2 hours! He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed the refrigerator. I am SOOOOOO glad that I called *** for a 2nd opinion because a previous guy had told me that a part needed to be replaced, but that the part was now obsolete/no longer available (because of the age of the refrigerator)!!! Thanks to ***'s knowledge, we were able to keep the refrigerator....it is working like new! *** (and ****!) are very honest, efficient, and know what they are doing!!!!!!!!!! “I recently had NE install a new complete AC unit for our house. I got about 5 quotes and their offer presented the highest value overall. Their installers came a little late and took a little longer to install then what was originally discussed. However, I want to actually commend the entire crew from management to the installers. They were all very professional and courteous. The owner took the time out to message me after the job and apologize once again for the delay which I appreciated. When many would just end contact after the job is done and the money has been received, he took the time to leave a good impression. I plan on calling NE first when my smaller unit eventually goes out as well.“
