Rodney is a wonderful service provider.He was quick, communicative, and respectful. While I admit he wasn't my first call, he will certainly be next time. He even went so far as to text me later in the day to check how the new unit was working so far.I highly recommend Alpha & Omega.

I had a HVAC emergency, where my heat went out in 37 degree weather. Luckily, a friend referred Alpha & Omega HVAC to me for services and gave glowing reviews. I reached out and explained my issue. Rodney was amazing!! He showed so much care and empathy for my situation. I was lucky enough to receive same day service for my emergency, which is typically unheard of nowadays. He arrived in a timely manner, was very friendly, and thorough. He took time to explain the services to me and informed me, in terms that I could understand, of what was going on. My heater was broke. I had to spend 4days of freezing cold without heater. And i call contractor.So He came my house. He was On time. Spectacular work. Very Honest man.You can trust this guy when you need. I have several houses in GA. I would work with him anytime later.
