HERO heating and air and their staff is EXCEPTIONAL!!! From the first call, response time to coming to fix our heat, getting the parts and communication throughout the process. So professional and informative of options for fixing. We also signed up for their very affordable maintenance plan so that my units will stay monitored and running smoothly. Thanks HERO!
