Chad helped my family last year. He has went above and beyond to answer my questions and making us comfortable. I got quotes from several different companies that try to give me things I did not need. I needed a whole new HVAC system which was installed by Gabriel, Chris and Jim. Chad stopped in to make sure everything was going smoothly and replace my thermostat. Everybody was very courteous and respectful. My system is working like a dream, and I couldn’t be happier! We had both of our AC units go out within 2 days, just before the hottest days of the season. After getting 5-6 different quotes and having multiples companies come out to review our systems, it was obvious that Northern Exposure was the perfect choice. Their pricing was fair, and Chad walked us through options recommended by other companies to help us understand what we *really* needed. They were able to get both new units inside and out completed in an afternoon. Their crew was professional and left everything clean. My wife set up an appointment with them, and I was really in need of help. Our ac had gone out, water was filling up, and I neededhelp fast. They came out next morning and took care of it right away.
