“I've been training with Patti for several years now and have had a great experience. I had a serious back injury that required months of physical therapy, and weight training has been an important part of my recovery as well as strengthening my back and core to prevent re-injury. The other thing that is very important to me is the one-on-one aspect of this type of training. I know that I'm doing a full-body workout with proper form because I'm being watched. Bonus- I don't have to count my own reps, and having a reserved time helps me stay accountable. I have become much stronger and fitter than I've ever been.
