Valerie was also extremely welcoming. During the process of my son picking out his frames she was patient and gentle with him. Valerie and Mya were attentive and even helped me pick out some frames for myself. My son is excited to go back and pick up his glasses! The facility is clean, organized, and smells nice! Creating new account and check in were easy thru the phone, easy paperwork and for an up charge they have the machine that takes a picture of your eye instead of having to dilate your eyes (yessssss finally an alternative!!!). And everyone in the Office was friendly, helpful and wonderful to interact with, from the 2 Front desk employees (Crystal especially!) to the Eye Tech and especially Dr Patel.
