“I made an appointment for a very overdue eye exam at what I thought was this location. Turns out I made it at another location and didn't have one here but they accept walk ins which was great! There was also an issue with my insurance and the staff/office manager/Dr. Choe *all* helped me get a hold of who I needed to speak to so that I didn't have to pay full price. Dr. Choe is so lovely and very knowledgeable. My exam was super quick and painless, definitely opt in for the retinal scan if you're able to! I picked out new glasses and the opticians at the counter were really nice too. HSA is accepted here as well if you have that option through work! Highly recommend this location and staff“

“Warby Parker has been my go to for glasses for years! This location had good service and a greats selection of glasses per usual. I came in to get my glasses adjusted, thinking that anyone could do it but apparently it can only be done by an optometrist. I didn't mind waiting but it did end up taking about 20 minutes for her to become available. Just something to keep in mind if you're looking to have your glasses adjusted in store.“

KiJana and Darrell service and hospitality was top tier I have a busy 4yr old who was growing antsy they provided a color book and crayons and friendly which for a mom with a little one was super sweet as she had to come with me. “My grandfather's glasses frame were broken and he was so frustrated because they discontinued his frames at America's Best. (he's had the same glasses for over 15 years.) We were referred by a technician at America's best and promptly came to the office and they gave the options of repairing or replacing the frames. We took the option of replacing the frames and it took about 7 mins start to finish, in and out. Fast and friendly service. Only thing was finding the store itself was tricky and GPS puts you in the incorrect place, but a quick call to the office and i got the correct directions which was next door to my location. I highly recommend.“

There were places closer to me but I opted for Ferdon because my insurance provider gave additional discounts as it is a “Signature” location—and it looked like a wonderful office (as opposed to some other local ones under my provider).EVERYONE was friendly. The office looks great. My exam was quick. Thankfully, I was able to communicate via email regarding scheduling during a very busy work day. They even helped me pick out my glasses since I couldn’t decide (they have a great selection). My new glasses arrived faster than expected and work just as intended (hardly the same experience at my last provider, which didn’t do nearly as much before ordering to ensure a good fit).I hadn’t had an exam for quite a few years and was dreading going. My opinion completely changed after coming here and I will definitely be back!“
