In addition, when I originally called to order the glass, Marty returned my call within minutes, spent a considerable amount of time explaining how to properly measure my dining table for the glass, and gave me a very reasonable quote. Several other glass companies didn't even bother to return my calls. The glass was ordered, cut, polished and delivered in a timely manner, all in all an excellent consumer experience.
