When they did my install, it was done in a timely manner and the guys were professional and nice. There was an issue with one of the handles being chipped. They took a pic to fit and said it would be replaced in a few weeks. A few weeks came and sure enough a young man named Cole came by and put the replacement in as stated. “After being referred by a neighbor, we hired Pure Elegance to repair rotted trim, repair stucco, and paint the entire exterior of our house. The team was friendly, showed up on time every day, and was very thorough. Along the way we found additional projects (interior room, garage windows, deck railing) and they were happy to complete them. They were fairly priced, honest, and did a great job. When we need painters again, we will rehire without hesitation.“
“I am a designer renovating a home with a large screened porch and great view . Russe was so helpful showing all the different types of screening and frames with samples . I decided on Bettervue . He measured and within a few days was back installing the screens and they are perfect . The fit , the product , just top notch .
