“All the staff was very helpful and had great attitudes nice and respectful, all the way from the receptionist, to the lady who's first day was that day, and the lady who's last day was that day. Sorry not good with names but you all know who you are. Not sure why the blonde was leaving but you lost a good one, but you gained a good also. I would have tried to keep her. “I had a great experience with this urgent care! I had to bring my 2 year old son in this morning. I reserved my spot online but was running a couple minutes late. However, when we arrived they were welcoming and waiting for us! We were seen quickly and the NP (Toni Johnson, DNP, FNP-C) that assessed him was friendly, sympathetic, and efficient in diagnosing his problem.
