Dr. Kimberly Belangee has been a literal angel. She was so kind and understanding. I had to call and make a follow up question and she was very prompt and kind every step of the way! Thank you!

Ease of making appointment, checking in, and being seen is excellent. Very professional. Waiting was not terrible although full disclosure, there were only 2 other ppl there waiting to be seen, besides me. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Health Choice Urgent Care, in partnership with Northside Hospital, has been serving the Flowery Branch Community since 2016. We are located at 7386 Friendship Springs Blvd., across from JAX, at the corner of Friendship Rd and Friendship Springs Blvd. Our center is open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Feel free to walk in, no appointment is necessary, but we do recommend Saving Your Spot Online and E-Registering to reduce time in the waiting room. Our center accepts all major insurance and has affordable self-pay options. We look forward to helping you Get Better. Faster!
