We had a main drain clog caused by an improperly installed connection of our home to the city sewer, our whole house was backing up. They hand dug a 7 ft deep 5 ft long trench to access the pipes. Removed the unconnected pipe , cut the broken terracotta connection. Attached the proper fittings and cleared out the debris with a roto rooter, They contacted the city sewer dept. on an emergency basis just in case. “I hired Jamie to fix my master shower. The prior owner had converted a tub to shower but never moved the drain and the water didn't drain out properly. Jamie had to tear out all the old tile, move the drain and then retile the shower. His communication regarding the project from quote through the install completion was timely and thorough; his pricing was fair and his attention to detail during the install was excellent.
