Super fast response time. I called with a kitchen sink install that needed the pipe moved to fit the new design (the drain was in a totally different spot on the new sink.) I think it took less than 30 minutes start to finish. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and how clean everything is and was during the job. Outstanding work, and again thanks for coming to my house within an impressive short amount of time. Highly recommend Plumbgreat!!!
Charles did an amazing job with our new hot water heater install. This thing has been crushing it, installed just before the holidays, Charles selected the make/model and added the overflow tank without us even having to ask. Even though our old water heater didn't have one, he installed the modification because it was the right thing to do to bring it up to code. Great guy, great experience, great workmanship. I waited to post this review to really evaluate the new water heater and it has been waaaay faster to heat and hotter water for longer even tho the old tank was bigger. We're stoked!
Charles was attentive and quick with providing his service. He was very informative and knowledgeable about his work and different products he recommended.
