Jost is the best Pilates instructor I have ever taken class from, whether it is a traditional mat class, yoga Pilates blend, or the reformer. Every class is different, challenging, inspiring, strengthening, and I am NEVER bored. I have chronic back pain and his reformer class did more for this pain than months of physical therapy, Pain management doctors, or massage. He is truly a master at his craft. he gives a variety of cues, he is creative in his sequencing, and he will challenge you to do more than you think you can. He also provides modifications as needed. Jost is an amazing Pilates instructor I have been to many of his classes elsewhere and he is on of the best. I really really wish his studio offered traditional mat Pilates which is why I only gave it 4 stars. I'd go in a hot second if it did...sigh.
