I have surveyed the market and I can tell you that Fit and Functional Is the best in individualized physical therapy. I had been essentially bed-ridden for 18 months, primarily with serious nerve damage from a fall down a long flight of steps. After many surgeries, my pain management team gave me a choice of 10 physical therapists. I stayed with my first choice for 6 months. Although highly rated, they did it "by the book" without regard to my personal situation. And it was not a private session: A physical therapist would get me started on an exercise and then get the next person started. I have found F&F to be well managed and an excellent gym. I always feel welcome and valued as a member. The gym is always clean, orderly, and pleasant. The staff is professional, cordial, sensitive to my training needs, and helpful to me--always! No problems experienced at all. I like the smaller and positive atmosphere and the expertise of the trainers and staff. Sherman expertly assessed my baseline level before I started. Jervan utilized baseline information to effectively and efficiently plan routines that cover all Core 7 areas and target the areas that need attention most.
