I was referred to Sherman by my physician and it was best decision I’ve made in a long time. Wasn’t always easy but working with Sherman at Fit & Functional gave me my quality of life back. I was in constant pain, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t exercise and could barely stand in the kitchen long enough to microwave a meal.I now have minimal pain, have gotten back into my walking program and continue to increase my speed and reduce time/mile. I’m able to enjoy my grandkids on a new level and enjoying having my life back. So much thanks and appreciation to Sherman for getting me through some tough physical issues!

I’ve been a part of this fitness family since spring of 2019. It is super convenient , very flexible scheduling , knowledgeable staff and actually fun!It was something I did for myself and I’m still glad I did. Hope to be functional AND fit for a very long time.

I have been going to Fit & Functional for a couple months for training / rehabilitation needs. Sherman and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive; they have perfected the balance between pushing their clients and remaining mindful of injuries. I look forward to all my sessions and the continued progress that I see!
