I hadn’t been to a hot yoga class in years and I used to go to the Bannerman studio. I’m so glad I went back and I don’t know how and why I waited so long. I felt so good after. Britanni is a great teacher and quite funny too! Loved the cold towel at the end of class. The studio is super clean. Hot yoga is back on my weekly schedule. Namaste!
Went to Rising Om for the first time to a Christmas Eve (morning) yoga session. Was a wonderful practice with an amazing teacher! Christina was spot on with a great Christmas playlist and creative flow. Totally recommend this studio!
Amazing Splits class. I was nervous as I am definitely not a yogi! Vipa was encouraging and gave suggestions for those who were more novice and advanced. She has such giving energy. Well worth it!
