“Saint Lucie Massage and Yoga and Jenn Principato are so special. Aside from killer massages and yoga classes, Saint Lucie Massage and Yoga has a sensory lounge. I took my 8 year old there today for a chill out session. We laid on the vibro-acoustic table, the inflatable table, hung out in the hammock, tried out the bongos and stood on the vibrating balance thing. It was such a relaxing and peaceful experience for us. If you’re stressed or have anxiety, or need to just relax, there really is no better way. Jenn makes the experience inviting and walks you through the whole thing. She emits a peaceful vibe. We left uplifted and we will be back. Try it out for yourself or with your family and find some peace in this crazy world.“

The classes I have taken have been the right kind of challenging and the instructors provide guidance and encouragement. The class times and variety is perfect for scheduling as well as ease and ability to sign up for the desired class. Lotus Loft is a gem in Palm City.“

“?I attended LaLa HotYoga last week for a 1Hr and 45Min Class. I have since gone back because it was an amazing experience.I am not a seasoned Yogi, but Katie, the owner was so welcoming, calm and guided us through the practice with patience and encouragement.It was hot, but I felt like a new person when I exited the studio.After sweating, posing, stretching and learning, your body proves that it is capable of some amazing things. After class Katie provides and ice-cold, scent-infused cloth to cool down and It was like heaven.If you are nervous to try Hot Yoga - don't be. Go on their website, go in and talk to Katie and get ready for a cathartic and awesome experience.“
