I have only been to the studio for a handful of classes but I have been thoroughly impressed. Everyone has been welcoming and kind. The classes I have taken have been the right kind of challenging and the instructors provide guidance and encouragement. The class times and variety is perfect for scheduling as well as ease and ability to sign up for the desired class. Lotus Loft is a gem in Palm City.

Super impressed. Clean studio with lots of classes. I’m leaving my other yoga studio because I kept buying packages for classes at certain times that I’d get hooked on, only for them to change the schedule and cancel them. Hoping it is more consistent here, and looking forward to joining.

I have been going to Lotus Loft for many years now. I live in palm beach county and I make the drive because it is the best yoga I have found. The teachers are creative and offer modifications for beginner, intermediate, and very advanced. I still continue to try as many other studios I can to only come back. It’s clean and all the women are very nice. I highly recommend getting your first month unlimited and going to every class they have to offer!! Whatever your goals may be Andrea the owner is equipped to support you on your journey
