?I attended LaLa HotYoga last week for a 1Hr and 45Min Class. I have since gone back because it was an amazing experience.I am not a seasoned Yogi, but Katie, the owner was so welcoming, calm and guided us through the practice with patience and encouragement.It was hot, but I felt like a new person when I exited the studio.After sweating, posing, stretching and learning, your body proves that it is capable of some amazing things. After class Katie provides and ice-cold, scent-infused cloth to cool down and It was like heaven.If you are nervous to try Hot Yoga - don't be. Go on their website, go in and talk to Katie and get ready for a cathartic and awesome experience.

Love love love this place was looking for a yoga studio near me when I was at my aunts place and from the moment I arrived great! Studio was clean the members aka yogis we great and the class was hot and hard! One thing is I wish they had early am classes

Lovely place, nice and clean. Great local vibe. Excellent instruction, but chose your classes wisely. Thanks Michelle for making me feel welcome. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the softer floor (than I am used to) which made one legged balancing more or a challenge.
