“Dr. Barnhill is my first chiropractor and I have to say I was happy with my results. I had slept totally wrong due to my dog taking up my footspace and had some serious neck pain that a visit to the massage therapist didn't put a dent in. Just a few adjustments using ART (he'll tell you all about it!) and some realignment and I feel way better. It took a day or two for it to come through, but I know that's normal, I'm so glad I tried it out. Dr. Barnhill and his staff are kind and knowledgeable, you'll love their office.“

I have since gone back because it was an amazing experience.I am not a seasoned Yogi, but Katie, the owner was so welcoming, calm and guided us through the practice with patience and encouragement.It was hot, but I felt like a new person when I exited the studio.After sweating, posing, stretching and learning, your body proves that it is capable of some amazing things. After class Katie provides and ice-cold, scent-infused cloth to cool down and It was like heaven.If you are nervous to try Hot Yoga - don't be.
