“What started out as a nightmare at 550am turned into a pleasant and professional experience. Long story short, a water connection hose on a brand new appliance installed 9 days ago broke and started to flooded my house. Using the emergency hotline, Roto Rooter sent Richard - 6577 out to conduct the inspection. He quickly identified the problem and explained what needed to happen to prevent anymore water damage. From removing the carpet, meticulously placing the tubes for the dry out, to explaining every step, they rocked it!
