They even called their project manager, Ezekiel (Ezzy) and after running cameras through the sewer lines he confirmed that the pipe was non-functioning and was actually left prior to the building of the houses and therefore was of no concern.

They fixed my Garbage Disposal instead of telling me I needed a new one, they removed a piece of jewelry from the bathroom sink and fixed the leak in my outdoor water softener system. They came back about a half hour later to make sure there were no leaks where the pipes had been replaced.
