The parts I needed to repair my clothes washer were shipped to my home in advance so Richard was able to complete the repair without any problems. “Not sure why they're so many poor reviews of this place. We had an issue with our Miele dishwasher and yes, it did take a 10 days for someone to come out; but they came. A day early in fact. They ordered the parts from Miele and a tech came out within days. He replaced the parts, ran a cycle and stayed to make sure there were no more issues. He even adjusted the machine to the proper height. I guess when you're dealing with expensive European appliances, issues will come up, but I have nothing but good things to say about the service. Yesenia, I hope I got her name right always was available and provided updates. You can't always go by reviews sometimes because most people just don't take the time to acknowledge good service, only bad. That's the way it goes unfortunately.
