They have fixed a few different problems for me and the staff has been wonderful. It sucks when things break but getting fixed fast makes it livable. Very happy with them will use going forward

Wow. It really surprised to see some of these reviews on here. I had to double check to make sure I was reviewing the right business. I had no problems with Ocean Appliance coming out and servicing my Miele cooktop and refrigerator. It's important to note that I did not choose them at first as they are the company that Miele uses in this area to do their warranty work. But the process was very easy- I got a call asking about a time and date, then I got a text confirming the date and time that all I need to do was confirm via text.The next day I got a call prior to the appointment and then Arnold, the service person showed up to do the service.What was great about Arnold...read full review
