“I wish I called them first for my LG fridge .I used my home warranty company first ..they sent out 3 people 3 different times and they could not fix my fridge.I was told to call LG direct and they came out within 3 days and my fridge was fixed!Should have used them first..i had been without a fridge since Feb 12th and not until 2 weeks ago finally a fridge! My warranty company gave me the runaround!“

“I called them at 9:00 to diagnose a problem with my AC unit that had definitely served me longer than I could have expected; unsurprisingly it was beyond repair. The guys got me a replacement unit and had it installed, old unit and garbage removed leaving no mess before 2:00. “So this review is not regarding actual service work on my generator, but this is in regards to the wonderful gentleman that took time out of his day to come to my grooming truck check out my generator ask me a bunch of questions as I brought it to him because of power drainage. Most places will tell you that you have to drop it off that they need to do testing, etc. and go from there, but this gentleman, however, took his time and gave me some really good advice to help me get my generatorRunning at its best ?“
“I heard the bearing on our fan motor going bad for some time. It finally seized. I solicited help on Homeadvisor and had several companies reach out but when I provided my self-diagnosis of the problem, most didn't want to follow up or provide an estimate. Cooling Experts was the only company that provided an estimate based on my diagnosis and were available immediately. They confirmed motor was bad and replaced at their stated cost. Apparently the other companies prefer clients that don't have an idea of how their systems work so they can be oversold service/product. We are renovating our home soon and going with Ductless. “Suspension rods on the washing machine busted, and I called Magnum because they had great reviews. So glad I did! They had a repair guy out promptly; he confirmed it was the suspension rods, which had to be ordered. They came in quickly, and he installed them the next day. The washing machine, which is at least a decade old, now runs like a champ! And such a savings compared to buying a new washer. Will definitely be calling Magnum again, thank you!“
“David called to provide his estimated arrival window. He arrived in the earlier part of the scheduled window which was a plus for me. He was professionally dressed, neat appearance and had all of the tools to complete both scheduled jobs. My washer needed all four suspensions replaced and the dryer was a routine maintenance. He worked effectively and efficiently and just like that both jobs were completed. Just as neatly as he rolled in he neatly rolled out leaving my laundry room tidy.
