“I heard the bearing on our fan motor going bad for some time. It finally seized. I solicited help on Homeadvisor and had several companies reach out but when I provided my self-diagnosis of the problem, most didn't want to follow up or provide an estimate. Cooling Experts was the only company that provided an estimate based on my diagnosis and were available immediately. They confirmed motor was bad and replaced at their stated cost. Apparently the other companies prefer clients that don't have an idea of how their systems work so they can be oversold service/product. We are renovating our home soon and going with Ductless. Cooling Experts won my trust and will be doing that work for us.Service: A/C system repair“
