“Today I had a breath of fresh air, so to speak, with the repair service I received from Richard, with A&E Appliance Repair Company. He was on time, very polite, and. Very professional. The parts I needed to repair my clothes washer were shipped to my home in advance so Richard was able to complete the repair without any problems. I had been without my clothes washer since March, waiting for a computer part that was on back order. So I know you can just imagine how ecstatic I am to be able to wash my clothes with my very own washing machine. Thank God Richard knows his stuff and got me back in business. “We purchased our AC unit from them 2 years ago. No issues. Last night, our AC suddenly stopped working. We called and left a message. This morning we were told a technician would arrive between 1pm - 2pm. At 12:30pm, the technicians arrived and found the problem. While they ordered the part (under warranty), they temporarily fixed it and we had AC. At 5pm, they returned with the new part and a permanent fix. They were responsive, prompt and professional. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us!“

“Not sure why they're so many poor reviews of this place. We had an issue with our Miele dishwasher and yes, it did take a 10 days for someone to come out; but they came. A day early in fact. They ordered the parts from Miele and a tech came out within days. He replaced the parts, ran a cycle and stayed to make sure there were no more issues. He even adjusted the machine to the proper height. I guess when you're dealing with expensive European appliances, issues will come up, but I have nothing but good things to say about the service. Yesenia, I hope I got her name right always was available and provided updates. You can't always go by reviews sometimes because most people just don't take the time to acknowledge good service, only bad. That's the way it goes unfortunately. “So this review is not regarding actual service work on my generator, but this is in regards to the wonderful gentleman that took time out of his day to come to my grooming truck check out my generator ask me a bunch of questions as I brought it to him because of power drainage. Most places will tell you that you have to drop it off that they need to do testing, etc. and go from there, but this gentleman, however, took his time and gave me some really good advice to help me get my generatorRunning at its best ?“

“We’ve always had issues with our turbo chef ovens. Le grand is the place to call. They are a little old school with scheduling and sometimes that’s an issue but no matter what they always show up. We’ve been using their services for the last 4 years and they always take care of us at all of our location. Don’t call anyone else. They have the best service and best prices!“

“I am receiving the worst customer service from this company. Wrong parts ordered that were shipped to my home to be stored for my scheduled service, instead of the repair man bringing them. When the repair man left after discovering they were the wrong parts, he left them here for me to store again. The company will schedule a morning appointment, then text you an afternoon appt. Correct parts were ordered but not shipped to me. The hours I was scheduled for this appointment was between 12:30 pm and- 5:00 pm. No show of repairmen, but shows up at 6:45 pm. He came with out any parts!!! Had to reschedule again. Requested morning. They sent an email for an afternoon appointment again. They do not listen to my request. They have their own agenda and the manager does not return my calls. Lowe’s needs to fire this company.“
