I got my BBL/ lipo 360 a year ago and just headed back for my breast reduction / lift/ augmentation. They made the experience so easy , the nurses are amazing and comforting . Plastic surgery doesn’t have to be scary !!

Acupuncture with Adriana is a truly special experience. I have had acupuncture before but this went beyond. She used various modalities along with the acupuncture and she was focused on me as person not just my body, injury etc. She is also super on time, great with following up and making sure it is a smooth experience overall. I will continue to go to her whenever I have an acupuncture need. She is truly exceptional as a person and as a professional.

Alex is the BEST colorist I know. I was apprehensive about trying someone new when I moved to Miami 2 years ago (having lived in DC for 10 years and being dedicated to my colorist there), but I took a risk and tried Alex. It’s the best color I’ve ever had! He is truly talented and far succeeded my prior hair colorist. I also love how he incorporates wellness into your experience- he is very client oriented and it shows. Services received: partial coloring/balayage + hair cut. Products are clean too and I swear by the glossy nectar hair oil by O Way. I met Rubia by chance and she gave me her contact. A few days after that, I went through a very ugly experience at a salon where they had completely ruined my color. When I went to visit her at the salon for the first time, she told me exactly what the process was going to be like to get it back and as the appointments went by, everything was happening exactly as she had told me.

I found Europa Studio when looking online for a salon in my area. I wanted to do a hair treatment and decided to try it based on the good reviews. I did the Brazilian blowout. I have to say that my hair looks so good and shiny. Both Bifen and Angela were great. The salon is nice and the service is excellent. That same day I took my son for a haircut and it was exactly how he wanted it. The most important for me is the fast service. Bifen and Angela work together and deliver great service and fast.

Clara was my stylist and she did such an amazing job! My hair looks amazing now and I will definitely only be going to Ninette for haircuts now! I also loved how sustainable this salon is, sustainability initiatives are hard in a big city, but Ninette Hair Studio is doing such a great job and really making a difference!!
They quickly won me over. Im a regular now. I have bounced around barbers, trying to find someone that could not only do a great skin fade but also handle my thick wavy hair on top. I have tried a few different barbers, and I kept getting the feeling like they were mostly experienced wit a buzzer and doing fades, but not great when it came down to using scissors. Well not here, here I found Bellow, and she can do it all. I could tell from the beginning that Bella knew what she was doing; I simply showed her a picture, answered a couple questions and she was ready to go. I felt so comfortable minutes into the haircut that I was ready to fall asleep in her care. Im just relieved to have found this place. Will be recommending it to everyone I know.

You would never know they were there. All outstanding barbers. The place is high-tech, built for influencers looking to show off. Halo lights at each station. A photo station with backdrop. Modern versions of the classic barber chair give off nothing but style. There is even a manicurist. The cuts and beard trims are technically superb, and the price is reasonable.
Moved here recently from NYC and I’ve tried several hair stylists last few months. Today I tried Jenny. I can honestly say, she easily stacks up to Manhattan hair stylists. Her attention to detail is unmatched. I highly recommend Jenny. Go see her, she’s outstanding.

Their spray tanning service was absolutely great! The representative was super professional and luckily there's any spray did not smell too much and did actually stay on for a few days which is always great because usually spray tans are hit or miss depending on the formula. My skin also gets irritated sometimes depending on which company I use but this company seems to have a good formula that does not irritate my skin.

I can't express how much I LOVE Nail Witch Studios. The products that they use are great- so much so that my nails have grown as a result of the quality of the products. They do phenomenal nail art and designs. I would 100% take advantage of the fact that these girls know how to do some seriously legit nail art, and go wild with how you want your nails to look. That being said, it is always hard for me to make a decision on what design/decor I want on my nails but Lez always has the patience to work with my indecisiveness and guide me to what always turns out to be a badass set of nails.

I had never tried Glosslab but heave about the membership option. Wanted to give it a try! So Chelsea was working the front and was so sweet, greeted me gave me so much Info and explained the membership in detail. As I sat for my mani with Elvi(gosh I forget the spelling, but she was Greek and so sweet) I could tell the whole place had a very neighborhood community vibe. Everyone was sweet and chatty but so casual not in your face line of talking. I was able to have some good convo with my nail tech and also relax and enjoy the process!

Rose SAVED my lashes! I came to her desperate to correct a lash lift from 6 weeks ago done by someone else that left my lashes scraggly, unruly, and over-processed. Rose was able to accommodate me for a same-day appointment and was so sweet and hospitable. I am extremely picky and will travel if needed for quality, and she is well worth the time and commute (I came all the way from Kendall!). Her products are high quality and I felt so calm throughout. I recently moved from LA to Miami and felt like it would be impossible to find a lash girl like the one I used to go to in LA for 9+ years. I was wrong! On my first visit, Jacquie provided a very thorough consultation asking what type of curl, length, texture, spikes, and fans I would like and when I had no idea what any of that meant, she knew the right questions to ask to create the most beautiful lashes I would ever want! My experience with Mindy was unlike any other experience I had before when getting a facial. She really has a wealth of knowledge that gets applied for my session, and for my routine at home. I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family, and already have.

If you really need to talk to her, text her. For my first visit I was worried because I couldn’t get ahold of her via call or Facebook messaging but she has a very efficient system going on Booksy. The app is super easy to use and she was at the door outside waiting for me when I arrived. She is a solopreneur who works with her hands, she has limited bandwidth to manually book people in who need to do it the old school way of phone calls. You get her undivided attention during your session, people need a better sense of understanding that not everyone has a receptionist to cater to phone calls.Yadira is AMAZING as a person and as a professional. I’ve had waxes several times from other places but I’ve never experienced someone who took their time and made sure every single hair was gone (including tweezing at the end). High quality wax (hard wax, not strip) so it was way more thorough and didn’t feel sticky after like strip waxing. Had amazing warm conversations about culture and life with Yadira, I’ve never looked forward to waxing but I will be now!HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I worked with technician Ronnie. He was customer focused, very professional, and quite skilled. I was given a three hour window of the arrival time as well as a call when he was headed to my home. Wires had been destroyed on the AC panel when the unit was previously serviced. Ronnie quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the breaker and wiring. While they ordered the part (under warranty), they temporarily fixed it and we had AC. At 5pm, they returned with the new part and a permanent fix. They were responsive, prompt and professional. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us!

I had a major remodeling that had to be completed within four months as my family was renting and expensive large home. We had to destroy the driveway, garage, kitchen, a bathroom and all the tile in our common areas (Living room, Florida, hallways, and of course the destroyed kitchen & bathroom). In addition, we had to re-pipe all of the sewer as the pipes had busted.
Claudio said he could have it all done within 4 months and he was true to his word. He adjusted to the many expected surprises when remodeling an old home like electrical paneling having to be replaced, garage and kitchen configuration needed to be change to be brought up to code, kitchen manufacturer made mistakes, etc. Through it all, Claudio was honest and straightforward as to the situation and pushed everyone hard to get it all done in 4 months.

Yorlando performed an excellent job involving drywood termite removal at my home yesterday.He performed a local (no tenting) termite fumigation in the kitchen cabinets and florida room ceiling, via pressure injection of termicide compound into the affected areas and unaffected ones as a preventative measure.He also performed an attic-wide fumigation as a proactive measure against potential infestations.The entire process took several hours as removal of cabinet contents and drawers were required, but certainly nowhere near the level of preparation required in a tenting operation that I experienced back in 2004.

Carlos Tinoco of PHB Landscaping is the ultimate professional. He performed a complete design and install of a new sprinkler system, regraded/leveled our front yard and performed sod installation. There were no “surprise” pricing changes, he was always on time (and actually completed the sod installation a day early!) and the yard looks great. We plan to use him again for purchasing our clusia hedges, and design and install of planter areas at the base of the driveway and front walkway. If we decide to use landscape lighting, we will consult with him as well. We have recommended him and PHB to friends and will continue to do so in the future. The wait was a little long (45 mins or so) but I didn't mind because there was free coffee haha. The NP Damian and the nurse Daylin (sorry if I misremembered!) were wonderful. They took all of my concerns seriously and answered my 1000 questions with patience. I have some health anxiety but they put me at ease. The staff at reception was also extremely friendly and quick. Dr. Lima not only solved my problem but in the following months I completely entrusted myself to her doing various Laser treatments, both for lightening and anti-oil, I did SCULPTRA (which is by far my favorite treatment) my skin is rejuvenated by 10 years, had fillers on the lips and sides of the nose and mouth, a little botox. I did a lot of research before choosing a new groomer for our pup, Ruby, and based on reviews I decided to check them out. I sent over her vax history so drop off was easy. I texted a pic of what we wanted her to look like and they did a fantastic job. We got a pic of her as the grooming was wrapping up so we could plan to head over. She was there for about 3 hours total and seemed really comfortable and happy when we got there. They will definitely be our groomer loving forward.

Took my boy Moose there for a bath and hair cut, and as Moose is a Bouvier, he is big and hairy, and this particular day he was favoring his right leg which made it hard to get him to stand up which he doesn't like to do anyway. His favorite position is laying down, next least favorite is sitting and worst standing up. But the owner did as good of a job as she could under the circumstances. Price was a little higher than I'm used to but this place has overhead where my usual groomer works from her home. She can afford to charge less. All in all,a good experience for all involved. Will go back!!

Milo's Mobile Dog grooming is the best! Cant recommend them enough! Frank is very kind and great with our english bulldog Buddha. This has always been one of my favorite studios. Tonight I found myself in a frustrating situation and the owner, Ariel, happened to be working the desk and went out of his way to help me. I realized my car battery had died after my class and he spent almost an hour with me trying to jump my car with his car. When I first came to ask him for help he did not hesitate to step in. His attitude and efforts really put me at ease because of course it’s stressful to experience a car break down. This studio not only has wonderful classes, but wonderful people - this is what it’s all about!! Namaste!

Gentle yoga is a class to start with if you're new to yoga.There is also zero respect by staff/front desk and classes outgoing when the other classes are incoming. It is one large open space, and you'll have people sticking around after class talking while a new class is starting. A really great place!!! From the moment I arrived on my first day, the staff was excellent. The GM (Jessie) was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and remembers names quickly. This is definitely the best yoga studio in Miami. The instructors are phenomenal. I am not the best with yoga, so I love that this studio is so welcoming. I feel comfortable to make adjustments and modifications to how my body feels each day. But, I also love the opportunity for more challenging poses (although I am rarely brave enough for the more difficult poses?).This studio offers an amazing balance to be able to challenge yourself if you're more advance, but yet they make you comfortable if you're not there yet. All the instructors and classes are absolutely amazing. But, I have to admit, I absolutely look forward to Gaby's Spicy Xanax class on Saturdays. ❤️ This studio has an amazing group of down to earth instructors and if you have the opportunity to come check it out, I highly recommend it. All the classes are heated, so be prepared.
Tremble is seriously the best workout ever! It has completely transformed my body in just a few short months. The classes are challenging, but beyond effective, and every instructor is great and always willing to help with adjustments and modifications. 10/10 recommend!!

I’m a student from Saber College completing my first rotation here at MNRS. I’ve had a wonderful experience here! I feel like I’ve come so far for it being my first clinical experience. My CI Ariana has been great to me throughout this whole experience! All the patience she has displayed with me and educating me on the latest treatments to further progress patients has been amazing. Also, the other PTA at this clinic Angel has been very helpful and supportive throughout this experience as well. This is the best physical therapy place in Miami, I tried before with other physical therapists and none as good as Simon, he is a genius like the entire team. It’s difficult to exercise when you’re in constant pain but this staff makes it so doable! There is always a great energy in the room and I genuinely enjoy going to PT. My therapists, Natalie and Luis, are absolute sweethearts and I can tell they really care about the progress of all their patients. They make me feel very comfortable and safe that I won’t injure my back further. They are happy to explain and answer any questions I may have. Everyone at Progressive is a joy to be around. The front desk staff are so kind and the owner, Greg, makes sure to say hello to everyone and ask how they’re doing. Today, Greg offered to put me on a specific bed where I could watch the Olympics while I did some stretches! What a kind and thoughtful staff! My back is feeling great, I highly recommend progressive therapy center :)

I cannot say enough good things about this USA Sports Therapy and about Eric Havey specifically. I have been a high level soccer player my whole life and have seen dozens of physiotherapists throughout my athletic career. There are so many times where I felt like my injuries were not being correctly diagnosed or that I felt like my injuries were not getting any better. This is not the case with Eric. Not only do I always feel like he knows and understands the exact reason for my pain, but even more impressive is that I always get immediate relief or in just a few sessions depending on the problem. There is no one better I could possibly recommend more than USA Sports Therapy and Eric Havey.

A few months ago, I tore several things in my ankle and after being in a boot for a month, my doctor was ready for me to start PT. Thankfully, BPT was near my house and accepted my insurance! I only started this week, but really enjoy the experience so far! It is a bit chaotic because they have so many clients, but it's clear this location knows what they are doing and they keep the atmosphere upbeat and fun. (If you're looking for an extremely private appointment/experience, this may not be the location for you.) They also tend to greet clients by first name immediately upon entering, so it seem like a small, familial practice. For many clients, it seems they start with heat, a manual massage, followed by exercises, and then icing and some sort of electric wave therapy. I've predominately been seeing Ale, who is great - he answers all of my questions, makes me feel extremely comfortable, and is just fun! However, several other staff members have either helped set me up or answered questions, including Dr. Kyoung Min Park. While I still have several weeks of therapy, I am confident in the direction BPT is taking me!

I am an active road cyclist. About a year ago, I started experiencing neck pain. I’ve tried a chiropractor, PT, a procedure from a pain neurologist, all without success. About 3 months ago I went to Jane and have since had about 15 sessions. Slowly but surely, my pain has consistently subsided, to the point that I feel about 90% better. She utilizes acupuncture and cupping. The sessions are painless and relaxing. My insurance covers almost all the cost. I am grateful for the relief Jane has provided and I recommend her to all.

I have been trying to get pregnant for a few years now with more than 5 IVF cycles and have been unsuccessful, wether it was losses, not sticking or simply many abnormal embryos. I started working with Ivelisse as a coach and consultant and she was great. She looked at all my blood work, she saw the overall picture that was key to define what I could do different to improve my egg quality to get a better result. She recommended a different diet, IV, acupuncture and questions that I could pose my Dr. All of this helped to get a better outcome, today I received the news that I have 9 embryos reach blastocyst stage (previously it was an avg 3). This the best result that I have had so far. I am now waiting for the genetic testing results but I think it is very promising
He is a dedicated, compassionate, effective doctor. I will update for a more complete review later but so far I’m pretty happy with my treatment and my doctor. I can feel the difference and the improvement over the past weeks and I’m looking forward to completing my treatment and coming regularly for checkups.

Took the 4 hour alcohol and drug abuse course. I definitely would recommend AA Educational Center Traffic School. The classes are M-F during business hours. Went 8/22 at 9am and took the course. Learned a lot. The instructor was informative. Got my completion letter, went to DMV and got my driver's license. Great place!
