I love this spot!! Such great customer service and kind people who work there. I go for hot yoga with my fiancée and we love it. It's 90 minutes of intense yoga in heat but sooo good for your body! I highly recommend trying it at least once

Extraordinary hot yoga studio. You learn a lot. Instructors patiently explain every step. Hot yoga has many benefits and this studio really has it all. I really recommend anyone to give a try and you will love it.

Sunshine Hot Yoga is an amazing yoga studio! I’ve been wanting to write a meaningful review, as they are a business that deserves a Five star rating. I’ve been practicing here for the last seven months on a very consistent basis (at least 5-6 classes a week), and it has been a very positive, transformative, and revitalizing experience. I was a yogi with several years of practice and yoga teaching experience, but neglected my practice during COVID lockdowns, living in DC.
