I booked a session with Elsy because of reviews I read about her techniques to treat sciatica and massaging in general, I am so glad I found her. I came in with a pinch that was bothering me and I explained to her where my problem areas were and my history of back issues, she did a fantastic job in fixing me up, I have no more pain in my lower back and the pinch is completely gone. Also great conversations, very positive attitude and great energy. I will definitely be booking more sessions in the future.
Elsy is an excellent prenatal yoga instructor. I’ve suffered a lot of sciatic and sacral pain throughout my pregnancy and seeing Elsy just a couple of times throughout the week improves my pain drastically.
Just had a hour massage with Elsy and it was great!! good hands and knows what she is doing went in with stiff back and neck and was relieved when finished. will be going back soon. Highly recommened
