Doctor Michael Forman is truly awe-inspiring. With his knowledge he has given me the ability to lose 70+ pounds during 2023. Literally a 180 degree towards recovering my full health potential. I am a diabetic and high blood pressure patient with Doctor Forman. I am also morbidly obese. I have been under his care for over three months now. During this period I have been able to control my diabetes and blood pressure. I have also dropped over 20 lbs. I am very pleased with the results and would like to continue. My goal is to loose the weight without bariatric surgery, and I believe I will be able to achieve this with Doctor Forman's help. He is caring and very dedicated. His staff is very sweet and friendly. I am very happy with their care.
