“A long, and long overdue 5-Star review, but worth the read. Keller Roofing in ************ came through for ** when my condo association was in a very bad spot after Hurricane ***. We had damage to our ridge caps and lost one shingle so we were in a much better position than thousands of our neighbors who had severe damage after ***. Keller was the ONLY company that even bothered to look our way with all the other work out there for roofing companies right after the storm. They gave us a quote for those repairs. Our story gets a bit more complicated from this pointWe had a report of a leak and our property management company had another roofer come out to tarp. That company (Kingdom Roofing in ******, **) decided to tarp 80% of our 4 year old roof instead of just the damaged areas. So, not only did we have hurricane damage, we now had a whole new issue with the hundreds of unnecessary nail holes caused by the carelessness and incompetence of another company. Another wrench in the gearsThe day before Thanksgiving 2022, our insurance company stated that we needed a last minute inspection certificate and photos of our repaired roof before we could bind a new policy by the following Monday. This meant that we needed to have repairs done ASAP. I had little hope of finding anyone for repairs in such a short timeframe, especially over a holiday weekend. I called Keller Roofing to see if there was any possible way they could help. I explained to ***** the predicament my COA was in. Keller was out bright and early Monday morning at 8AM to remove the tarp, fix the hurricane damage, AND fix the hundreds of nail holes the other roofing company made in our perfectly good roof. We got our inspection certificate and submitted it to our insurance company in time to bind our policy before the deadline. I cant thank Keller Roofing, and especially *****, enough for providing exceptional service to my condo association during a very stressful time.“

Total customer service “ in an age where customer service is a lost art”. I score All Phase as a “ 6” but google’s rating only had 5 stars. The cleanliness and protection of landscaping was stressed during the difficult and messy nature of reroofing project, and they kept that commitment to the fullest. “This year my 27 year old roof needed to be replaced and I got estimates from 5 different roofing contractors. AAA roofing Svc was one of the only contractors to actually communicate with me after the estimate. After comparing estimates I had several questions and *** the owner came to my home at 5:30pm and spent over an hour answering all of our questions-- a rare experience with contractors in South *******. My roof was installed ahead of schedule in Feb, 2023 and I was kept informed in every phase. The office staff (*********, *****) always either answered or returned phone calls and any small issues that arose were always handled upfront and honestly. I could not have been more pleased with the re-roof process after hearing friends/neighbors horror stories with other contractors.Several months after installation I had 2 separate issues and needed to contact AAA roofing since they offer a 10-year warranty. In november I noticed an issue in my front bedroom and I sent pictures to ***, the owner on a Sunday. Tuesday Am, *** and his crew were at my home early (so I didnt have to take time off work) and determined the issue was cracks in the stucco. *** had his crew peel the stucco off around the concrete flashing, resealed the flashing on top and bottom, re-stucco'ed the entire area around the front of my home and had a crew member come back a few days later to re-paint.... and he did not charge me for any of that- Again a rarity in South *******. A month after that issue I noticed a very small water spot on my Master bath ceiling and texted *** a picture on a Saturday Am, He and his crew chief were at my home Tuesday AM early again and determined the issue was a small amount of water entered the exhaust fan stack during a strong wind/rain storm a week prior. *** scheduled his crew to return later this week to put an extra screen on the stack to prevent this in the future.This company is truly an exceptional Business that cares about their customers. “
