DEK was a wonderful company to work with from start to finish. The gentleman who came out to gather information for the estimate was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and promptly got us a quote. Their customer service and competitive quote compared to others I had received made it easy to choose them. They even provided a letter/proof of contract and estimated completion date per the request of our insurance company (who essentially gave us the ultimatum of get a new roof or we are dropping you). Been using DEK for years. For repairs as my roof aged. Just recently for a replacement. They answer the phone, they show up when they say they will. They take care of business without any problems.

I used DEK 18 years ago for my roof and was recommended by my insurance company as a reputable roofer. Never had a problem with my roof until recently so decided it was time for a new one. Scott was extremely responsive. Always available for questions. The new roof only took a few days in total. Harrison, who works with Scott is great also to work with.
