“The process of having my roof / soffit repaired was great through Chase roofing. They were prompt with calls and scheduling and getting someone out for an estimate. On the day of the repair they actually had someone call out and wanted to reschedule, but as I was going out of town they made sure to make it happen the day I anticipated. The team was courteous and the repair looks phenomenal. The team also cleaned off leaves from my roof and left zero mess after the job! Have a few other areas to repair and will definitely use chase roofing again for them.“

“A long, and long overdue 5-Star review, but worth the read. Keller Roofing in ************ came through for ** when my condo association was in a very bad spot after Hurricane ***. We had damage to our ridge caps and lost one shingle so we were in a much better position than thousands of our neighbors who had severe damage after ***. Keller was the ONLY company that even bothered to look our way with all the other work out there for roofing companies right after the storm. They gave us a quote for those repairs. Our story gets a bit more complicated from this pointWe had a report of a leak and our property management company had another roofer come out to tarp. That company (Kingdom Roofing in ******, **) decided to tarp 80% of our 4 year old roof instead of just the damaged areas. So, not only did we have hurricane damage, we now had a whole new issue with the hundreds of unnecessary nail holes caused by the carelessness and incompetence of another company. Another wrench in the gearsThe day before Thanksgiving 2022, our insurance company stated that we needed a last minute inspection certificate and photos of our repaired roof before we could bind a new policy by the following Monday. This meant that we needed to have repairs done ASAP. I had little hope of finding anyone for repairs in such a short timeframe, especially over a holiday weekend. I called Keller Roofing to see if there was any possible way they could help. I explained to ***** the predicament my COA was in. Keller was out bright and early Monday morning at 8AM to remove the tarp, fix the hurricane damage, AND fix the hundreds of nail holes the other roofing company made in our perfectly good roof. We got our inspection certificate and submitted it to our insurance company in time to bind our policy before the deadline. I cant thank Keller Roofing, and especially *****, enough for providing exceptional service to my condo association during a very stressful time.“

“Andy of Signature Restorations stopped by my condo to check the drywall in my closet for damage after my new water heater started spraying the same day of installation because the nut/bolt to the hot water was not tightened properly. “Love our new metal roof!!! This was a complicated job because our house was over 40 years old (before hurricane Andrew building codes) and I wanted our roofing tie-down straps upgraded to current code. We only had 1/3 the amount of straps currently required. This extra work bumped the cost up a little, as I expected, but it was cheaper to have Rick’s guys upgrade the straps to current code while the roof was off than it would’ve been to hire a separate contractor to do it from inside the attic. This was a LOT of extra work done at a very reasonable price. They also gave us a lot of color options as well. Custom color metal panels are a little more money because it increases the material costs, but it was worth it to get the color scheme my wife wanted. Rick, the owner, Darryl, the job Forman, and all the guys on the roof every day worked very hard tearing off the old roof, installing all the new straps, replacing a considerable amount of roofing plywood that had gone bad over the years, and putting on our new underlayment layers and metal roof. Roofing work can be very messy, but the guys cleaned up around the house each day while working; and on the last day, they walked the yard picking up any small pieces of metal or roofing nails they may have missed during the job. Lastly, but just as important, whenever I had a question or concern, a quick call or text to Darryl or an email to Rick got me a very fast answer. The final outcome was beautiful, durable, and should last for many years.“

The gentleman who came out to gather information for the estimate was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and promptly got us a quote. Their customer service and competitive quote compared to others I had received made it easy to choose them. They even provided a letter/proof of contract and estimated completion date per the request of our insurance company (who essentially gave us the ultimatum of get a new roof or we are dropping you). They completed it earlier than scheduled, and it passed inspection without issue. They even protected our pool from debris. Just recently recommended to a colleague of mine too, who ultimately chose DEK as well after getting several quotes.“
