Andy of Signature Restorations stopped by my condo to check the drywall in my closet for damage after my new water heater started spraying the same day of installation because the nut/bolt to the hot water was not tightened properly. He was quick to respond to my call and determined upon inspection that the drywall and floor was not damp and no further services (fans to dry it out) were needed for me (unfortunately my neighbor below me wasn't so lucky). When I reached out to him again for additional questions, he again was prompt and very helpful in explaining the process of restoration and inspections.I highly recommend Andy and his team!
Andy came out and unfortunately couldn't help us as our whole roof needs to be replaced. Regardless, he was professional, kind, and didn't try to sell us anything. Very respectable!
