Found more leaks as he got into the repair and spent two full days on repair. Took pictures before and after. He stuck to original estimate. Removed debris, did extensive water check upon completion. “This is my second time using Atlas Roofing - the first was about 8 years ago for a re-roof - was very pleased and have never had one issue. Tim and the entire team were professional and pleasant to work with. I recently sold my home and needed to replace some damaged fascia board - thought my handyman could handle - well he couldn't and at the last minute I needed someone who could get the job done - called Tim and he sent a team who did an amazing job - even rehung my lights in the back yard! “I hired Coastal Roofing to replace a roughly 4,000 sq. ft. white cement tile roof with a dove gray metal roof. Coastal engaged Dynamic Metals to supply the material for a job that is rather complicated by the roof’s changing pitches and angles.My experience is clearly an unusual one as after the roof was completed in February 2023, it was determined by Coastal and Dynamic that the metal supplied to Dynamic for the new roof was defective. Coastal stood by its warranty and, working with Dynamic, in October 2023 removed and replaced the entire metal roof that was installed earlier in 2023.Coastal’s Bryen Dennis oversaw both the initial and the replacement projects. He was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive to the many questions posed over both projects. I am delighted to say that we are very happy with the final outcome.Imagine in this day and age, how good it was to work with companies (Coastal and Dynamic) that actually stand behind their work. Where do I begin, this company is not only extremely professional, punctual, and communicative, they take pride in their work. From the start of the job there were no hiccups. Their crews worked quickly to remove my old roof and install the new one. Each day the cleaned their work areas, covered my paver driveway with a large tarp to protect it, picked up any nails left behind, and their crews were always very nice.
