“Hyer roofing was recommended to me by a friend who knows them both personally and professionally. I requested a quote which was provided for me within a a day or two. I was surprised by the reasonable price and also happy to commit to Hyer for the job. Immediately after accepting the offer and paying a small down payment, the company began working with me on which tiles I would choose so that the materials could be ordered. This was so important to me because I voiced really wanting to have the project completed before Fla hurricane season 2024 was in full swing. We went over the HOA requirements and Erica from Hyer did her research finding that many of the HOA approved choices were either discontinued or were on a very long waitlist. We decided to choose a color pattern that I liked and run it by my HOA with proper documentation and see if we could get it approved. Erica did all the leg work to get the documents together needed for my HOA approval process. With her help, we got the approval for the project and Erica immediately then began work on getting the city permitting process done. Within a couple of days of the city permit approval, Hyer began working on my house and the project was done in under 10 days. It would have been done even faster if it hadn't been for so many afternoons of thunderstorms. The whole process was really painless. The workers were very professional and cleaned up each day as if they were not even there. I highly recommend Hyer Quality Roofing if you are in the market for a new roof. They were awesome, not a single complaint from me and roof looks amazing. Several of my neighbors have asked for their info to get quotes of their own.“

“This year my 27 year old roof needed to be replaced and I got estimates from 5 different roofing contractors. AAA roofing Svc was one of the only contractors to actually communicate with me after the estimate. After comparing estimates I had several questions and *** the owner came to my home at 5:30pm and spent over an hour answering all of our questions-- a rare experience with contractors in South *******. My roof was installed ahead of schedule in Feb, 2023 and I was kept informed in every phase. The office staff (*********, *****) always either answered or returned phone calls and any small issues that arose were always handled upfront and honestly. I could not have been more pleased with the re-roof process after hearing friends/neighbors horror stories with other contractors.Several months after installation I had 2 separate issues and needed to contact AAA roofing since they offer a 10-year warranty. In november I noticed an issue in my front bedroom and I sent pictures to ***, the owner on a Sunday. Tuesday Am, *** and his crew were at my home early (so I didnt have to take time off work) and determined the issue was cracks in the stucco. *** had his crew peel the stucco off around the concrete flashing, resealed the flashing on top and bottom, re-stucco'ed the entire area around the front of my home and had a crew member come back a few days later to re-paint.... and he did not charge me for any of that- Again a rarity in South *******. A month after that issue I noticed a very small water spot on my Master bath ceiling and texted *** a picture on a Saturday Am, He and his crew chief were at my home Tuesday AM early again and determined the issue was a small amount of water entered the exhaust fan stack during a strong wind/rain storm a week prior. *** scheduled his crew to return later this week to put an extra screen on the stack to prevent this in the future.This company is truly an exceptional Business that cares about their customers. “
