“I called Appliance King late this morning and spoke with a friendly gentleman who said they could have a serviceman out to my house between 12 and 3 to look at my leaking dishwasher. A few hours later Joe called to say he would be at my home in 15 minutes. He arrived around 2:30 and looked at the dishwasher. He determined that the water leak was not coming from the dishwasher. He also looked under the sink and determined that there was no leak there. He pulled the refrigerator and saw some water between the outside wall of the house and the floor. He went outside of the house to see if he could find water intrusion from outside and he could not. He gave me some leak detection companies to call and suggested I contact my insurance company, which I have done. Joe was very kind and I feel like he did everything he could to find the leak which is most likely hidden in the wall or under the floor. Since this is not something Appliance King repairs, I was not able to use their services, but I will not hesitate to use them for an appliance repair in the future. I highly recommend this company for the quick response and their outstanding customer service.“

“Called for a tv repair because my hdmi ports stopped working. Instead of coming out and charging me, he told me over the phone how to fix my tv. A simple fix that he could have easily charged me for coming out to diagnose my tv and an expensive part. Instead my tv is working perfectly and all it cost me was under $20.“

“We purchased our whole house water system with reverse osmosis unit for kitchen from Executive. The water quality is excellent. They have responded well when we had issues with system using excess salt, coming to our home several times. As it turns out the salt consumption had nothing to do with their system but there seems to be a pipe leak somewhere underground causing the system to keep water running even when we aren't using it. ???? Kevin told us where we might look. Keeping our fingers crossed. Recommended Executive to a neighbor & they're very pleased.“

“I can't recommend M&M Appliance enough. From selling an obscure part they keep in stock over the counter to full service calls - they're the reason you should avoid big box stores. Mike recently serviced a notorious horrible LG/Sears ice dispenser for me and it was a quick repair for a very low service charge. Some repair companies will not come to service certain LG and Samsung refrigerators because of their notorious issues and lack of parts, but Mike was willing to take a look. Please patronize a local business like theirs - you won't regret it!“

“We had a good expereince. Rustam came on time and diagnosed the leak in our dishwasher. He was friendly and focused on the problem, which he explained to us in detail. A part was ordered and he returned to replace it. DW works great now! Only one small complaint - on Saturday, he said it would be ready Monday or Tuesday but on Tuesday the scheduler called and said Rustam would be back on Thursday, which he was. I think it was in issue with dispatch, not the tech.“
