Very responsive. Was able to get an appointment less than one business day after calling for a non-emergency. They call and text. Had a great technician who not only did what he needed to do, went further to diagnose issue (something that the last company who came out didn’t do) and present options. Very pleased. Two hour arrival window was honored.

Fantastic front office/administrative team, called for an appointment. Didn’t have anything for close to a week, (when you have good business you are busy) Office Manager told me that she would put me on the “whiteboard” in case of cancellations. Same day was contacted. Something had opened up earlier. That’s what you call Great service.!Kevin the technician came to our home who did the work was incredibly professional, informative and beyond pleasant, just a great guy!It’s easy to see why Bosch lists Mr. appliance as a preferred shop to service their Products.

Brian was friendly, professional and punctual. I was pleased that he diagnosed the problem with our brand new Bosch fridge quickly and accurately. He said the replacement part would be in within a week and it was. Our ice maker is back up and running making 12 pounds of ice every 24 hours as it should meeting my medical needs.
